Katherine Rowley is the President & Founder of Beetlerock Advisors, LLC since its inception in December of 2008. Katherine has 26 years of extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experience in the Commercial finance/real estate and Executive business coaching arenas.
Katherine is an Executive Coach to senior executives and emerging leaders across many industries. She specializes in the areas of leadership development, self-improvement and career and professional development. Katherine partners with her clients to help them gain clarity on their personal and professional goals and the conviction to execute upon them. She helps her clients to realize, understand and achieve their full potential and purpose.
Katherine has also been an Executive Career Coach for the Harvard Business School Executive Education online course, Developing Yourself as a Leader (DYL), for the past 6 years. She has worked with senior executives from around the world to strengthen and build upon their leadership capabilities, overall performance and impact.
Beetlerock Advisors also provides commercial real estate consulting, advisory and expertise to high net worth clients and firms. The Firm leverages the Founder’s debt and equity expertise on $4B+ transactions and proven track record in the commercial real estate and structured finance arenas.
Prior to founding her firm, Katherine spent 10 years at GE Capital, holding executive roles in business development/M&A, banking, finance, strategy, six sigma excellence, and general management. She is a graduate of the GE Capital Financial Management Program. Katherine also spent one year as a VP at AIB on their equity investment platform.
Katherine holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) and is a current member and past president and board member of the New England CCIM. She also holds a Massachusetts Broker license.
Katherine is a graduate of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program, Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance at Rutgers University and holds the PCC certification from the ICF. She is a certified Taking Flight with DISC Trainer and Facilitator and holds the Take Flight Learning Coaching Certification. She is also a certified facilitator in Conflict Resolution, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence “EQ”, Innovation of Ideas, and Selling, from Take Flight Learning. Katherine is an active Positive Intelligence “PQ” Coach Member and is trained in Mental Fitness by Positive Intelligence.
